Method Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts
This facility provides instructor led group classes for students at all levels. With over 10 years experience in training men, women, and youth we have an organized method to teaching martial arts and self defense. Our school prides itself by taking complete beginners their martial arts journey all the way up to competing in sanctioned Boxing, Mixed martial arts, and Thai kickboxing events.
THAI KICKBOXING CO-ED
Find a kickboxing class every Tuesday and Thursday.
Join our Muay Thai Kickboxing class for all ages and skill levels!
A full body martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.

BOXING CO-ED
Find a boxing class everyday.
Join our Boxing class designed for all ages and skill levels!
Learn or advance in your technique with the personal help of our training professionals.
Even stay after for sparring matches with your classmates!
